The role SoftwareOne’s Pre-Sales Enterprise Architect is a sales role responsible for working with the sales team to identify and understand the customer’s business and technical requirements. They use their knowledge of the company’s products, services, and solutions to develop and propose solutions that meet the customer’s needs. They also work with the sales team to develop and deliver presentations and demonstrations to customers, and provide technical expertise during the sales process. They collaborate with other teams within the company, such as solution specialists, product teams, and delivery team members, to ensure that the proposed solutions are feasible and can be delivered within the required timeframe. They also provide feedback to the product/solution specialists on customer needs and market trends to help drive the development of new products and services. To be an Enterprise Architect for SoftwareOne, one should have a strong understanding of cloud computing, experience with the Azure/AWS platforms, and knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and best practices. A SoftwareOne Enterprise Architect will work across our top 20 accounts, and you will act as the right hand of our Enterprise Account Executives to drive trusted advisory for the CTO/CIO in terms of cloud and Microsoft 365 expertise and how to take IT to the next level and accelerate digital transformation across nominated accounts. Base salary: AUD148,000/yr - AUD185,000/yr (NOTE: Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.)
