Responsibility
• Prepare and coordinate yearly budget & periodic forecast planning processes. Gather and consolidate required data and information for budget & forecast planning and analyse periodic trending and performance of key positions.
• Monitor closely relevant Key Performance Indicators. Prepare and provide various reports and presentation slides with value-added analysis and constructive commentary/recommendation where necessary.
• Identifies process improvement potentials in controlling processes and proposes remedial measures or projects, including but not limited to developing, implementing, automating, and standardizing reporting tools to decrease manual tasks. Work with cross functional/country teams where necessary to ensure effectiveness of the defined processes.
• Work closely with the team across countries within the region.
Requirements
• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration (major in Accounting).
• At least 5 years of working experience in related area.
• Advance in MS office (especially Excel) and SAP.
• Able to communicate with all levels of people of different backgrounds and cultures.
