This is a hybrid role, and need local candidates. There is some travel it will be reimbursed. Looking for candidates from telecom backgrounds. responsible for project portfolio within infrastructure, network operations, data centers, voice communications etc. Manage financial aspects of projects, monthly forecasts, documentation, etc. MS Project/ Project Web App (PWA) Assist project managers. 1-hour virtual interview. Minimum Qualifications: o Microsoft Project/PWA o Budget, forecast, and accruals o 3rd vendor management o Contract bidding and negotiations o Experience managing project financials actuals, invoice reconciliation, identifying variances o Project Management Principles o Construction purchasing o Construction standards and designs o Network Infrastructure Preferred Qualifications: o 5 years in the following: o Microsoft Project o Budget, forecast, and accruals o 3rd party vendor management o Contract bidding and negotiations o Project Management Principles o Construction purchasing o Construction standards and designs Additional qualifications: o Facilities and floor plan schematic reading o Order and installation of radio, Network, Antenna & Line equipment Job Duties Roles reports to the Project Control Office. o Development and Management of project Delivery and Cost schedules for 1-10 projects o Regular interval progress reporting Progress reporting with team members, stakeholders and clients.
