Overview
Responsible for managing all golf related activities including golf shop, outside services and clubhouse opening & closing. Will work in conjunction with the restaurant, clubhouse and grounds for the best golf experience possible for complete guest service. Is responsible for all merchandising, tee time scheduling, fee collections, tournament management, daily golf course management, lessons, practice range, golf carts and all golf related activities

*SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: *
Directly supervises Associates and managers in the outlet on assigned shift.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training Associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining Associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

AGE and GAMING:
21 years of age or above. Non-gaming property. Due to responsibility of accessing and working with systems for redemption of offers and promotions, must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Choctaw Gaming Commission.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED is required
. * Two (2) years golf operations experience is required.*
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess a valid Driver's License and good driving record -- one or less moving violation within a 12 month period. Must be a member of the PGA of America. Must be able to teach golf lessons, golf clinics and Forecaddie classes. Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written.
