Health Advocates Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional to work at a Facility in Philadelphia, PA. This is a registry position with our company.
Pay Rate: $23 / hour
Shift Details:
Duties:
Assist clients with daily tasks like eating, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
Provide transportation to appointments or activities.
Support clients in developing social and life skills.
Administer medication as prescribed and ensure health and safety.
Help clients with personal goals and daily routines.
Record and report on the individual's progress and well-being.
Promote a positive, respectful environment and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-year previous working experience as a Direct Support Professional
Ability to build rapport with patients
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Familiarity with medical terminology
CPR card issued by the American Heart Association
Must have up to date certification in the state of PA
