The Role
As a HR Portal/Total Rewards Portal Consultant, you will play a key role in the delivery of WTW’s HR technology solutions to clients. You will consult with clients to guide them through the process of defining site requirements and recommend best practice approaches/solutions that optimize system features to meet clients' business needs. You will be responsible for developing both functional and technical specifications, data consolidation and calculations, managing development and testing tasks, and delivering client training.
Responsibilities
Develops project initiation materials to document client business requirements based on knowledge gained through the sales process
Clearly and effectively illustrates complex concepts using appropriate tools (such as Visio and PowerPoint), and coaches clients in the collection of information and completion of project templates
Applies deep application knowledge to projects, including best practice approaches for delivering desired functionality, based on a thorough understanding of system dependencies and overall data and process flows
Asks the right questions, probes for information, analyzes the pros and cons of various approaches and recommends alternatives
Reviews the technical setup and specifications for data capture, analysis and reporting
Reviews plan documentation and business processes
Performs unit and comprehensive testing with system developers for overall functionality and technical quality of deliverables
Assists project manager in determining overall project direction, scope, work plans, and budgets
Responsible for ensuring the business analysts develop the system according to client business requirements and approved specifications
Develops standardized work processes, tools, and methodologies that improve quality and profitability
Attends team or client meetings as appropriate
Applies all quality control procedures to ensure high standards of quality are maintained
Builds relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
This position will require some travel
Qualifications
The Requirements
At least 7-10 years of experience as a consultant focused on Software Delivery activities
Human resources, total rewards and benefits knowledge is mandatory
Require strong business analysis, requirements gathering, webpage workflow, and writing skills
Knowledge of retirement and stock plans
Excellent consultative problem-solving skills
Expert data analysis a plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Project
Knowledge of the HTML and XML programming languages preferred but not required
Experience in web design/usability/information architecture
The highest attention to detail
Skilled at working with stakeholders to drive decision points and resolutions
Adeptness at learning new technologies and tools
Excellent communication skills
Detail orientated, strong analytical thinker, capable of making key decisions based on solid research and knowledge of the industry
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work on virtual teams.
Process driven with ability to modify approach
Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple projects at once
BS / BA degree or relevant experience

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $100,000 to $130,000 USD per year.
The role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
