Fairmount is a 239 bed, short-term, acute care hospital offering inpatient, partial and intensive outpatient hospitalization, as well as specialized treatment programs for chemical dependency. The Human Resources Manager (HRM) serves as a key member of the Human Resources Department. The (HRM) with The HR Director serves the dual role of employee advocate and management liaison with employees. The HRM must be resourceful and flexible to meet the ever-changing needs of the Hospital. The HRM is responsible for HR functions that include but are not limited to: employment process, recruiting for vacant positions, orientation, training, compensation, and other employee services. The HRM also manage the HR staff with supervision of the HRD. The HRM with the The HR Director functions as a consultant with Hospital management for helping with employee relations matters. The HRM with The HR Director follows up on employee accidents, keeps in constant contact with Corporate Loss Control.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree is Human Resource or related field required. Three years of Human Resources experience.
