Pennsylvania State Job Bank Maintenance Technician in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

*Property Management company located in Center City seeks a reliable, self-motivated, and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. *

Job Description As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall appearance and upkeep of the apartment buildings. Your duties will include: 

  • Perform general maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, hvac, electrical, and appliance repair.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues reported by residents in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Assist with apartment turns (unit make-readies) and preparing vacant units for new residents. 
  • Painting building during off season and painting apartments during leasing season.
  • Handle emergency maintenance requests and after-hours on-call shifts as required. Split between team members.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience and Bilingual preferred
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Parking is offered. Apartments are located from Washington Square to Rittenhouse Sq. 
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
