Our client, [Accenture] is seeking a [Contract Associate Manager] to join their team. As a [J Contract Associate Manager). The ideal candidate will have [contract management], [subcontracting], and [Drafting, Negotiation] which will align successfully in the organization.

Title: Contract Associate Manager

Local Candidates Only: Yes. Must live in MA, NY, PA, CT, and NJ.

Duration: 12 Months.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 yrs. relevant experience in contract management.

  • Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with client executives at all levels of the organization.

  • Basic understanding of commercial contracting regulations and principles, subcontracting practices; and commercial contracting terms and conditions.

  • Contracting, Drafting, and Negotiation: Lead drafting and review of contractual documents (i.e., Statements of Work, Change Requests, Arrangement Letters, Subcontracts, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (not exclusive, etc.) and collaborating with other internal organizations, under the direction of a contract management lead where appropriate, Observe and/ or participate in negotiations.Bachelor’s degree required.Membership: Member of the International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM) or National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and/ or professional certification considered a plus.
