Job Description

Digitas Health is seeking an SVP, Data & Analytics to join our Advanced Analytics Team. This is a high visibility position within our organization that oversees the Enterprise Information Management (EIM) program, data scientists, and data stewards and data service providers within our agency. This is an opportunity to influence the direction of the team and strategy for all data management activities. We need a leader, and an advocate. A communicator, an educator, and a translator. The measure of this position's success will be whether they can help to guide value from data and ensure a steady stream of client work and revenue.

Your Impact:

  • Improve existing data analysis processes and identify potential for creating new enterprise offerings and revenue streams.

  • Identify new ways to combine existing in-house data with other data and find new approaches to exploit the information beyond existing processes and responsibilities to cut costs or increase revenues.

  • Add to existing datasets by combining together data from multiple existing data sources, collect data from new outside sources (i.e. social media) and integrating data from other third-party vendors.

  • Implement new and different methods for ensuring quality and good governance of data. This position is accountable for data integrity, veracity and value.

Qualifications

  • Accomplished executive with 12+ years of technical and business management experience in a digital or SaaS environment at a Marketing Agency, or with a technology provider.

  • MBA or another type of advanced graduate degree

  • Powerful blend of business and technical experience, including experience developing products using Agile methodology.

  • Background in the software industry with experience in product management and product marketing with a experience managing products through the entire life cycle.

  • Knowledge of data-driven marketing programs.

  • Experience with solutions incorporating social media, cloud, mobile and other emerging technologies.

  • Specific experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark and has used these technologies to support analytic use cases.

  • Comfortable with a changing set of technologies and strategies.

  • Have the confidence and credibility to be a driver of both strategic vision and the actions required to bring that vision to reality.

  • Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare or Biotech experience.
