Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to screening resumes, to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
Essential Functions:
Collaborate with department managers on their hiring needs
Identify and implement effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the role and the organization’s needs
Post all open positions utilizing our ATS
Sources potential candidates from various online platforms
Screens applications and resumes to select qualified applicants
Conducts screens and interviews with hiring managers for all qualified applicants via phone, virtual and in-person
Collaborates with the CHRO during the offer process to negotiate the salary
Participates in job fairs and hosts in-house recruitment events, as required
Monitors key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies

Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for the recruitment of a variety of roles
Excellent time management skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; UKG preferred
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience, required
Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
Prior experience in healthcare recruiting Providers, Nurses, etc. strongly preferred
