Clarivate is looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our growing, Global Treasury team! As a key member of the Global Treasury team, you will be contributing towards the day-to-day treasury functions and implementation of global treasury initiatives. Supporting the Treasury Manager, you support projects and initiatives to minimize global cash, streamline banking structures, and reduce fees. Time management and organization skills are vital for this role, as there will be multiple projects and initiatives needing attention at once.
About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments...
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
Experience using Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel
It would be great if you also had...
1+ years of relevant finance/accounting or treasury work experience preferred
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) would be nice to have
Finance/Accounting internship experience preferred
Working knowledge of financial statements and GAAP accounting
Prior experience with Kyriba or other Treasury Management Systems highly preferred
What will you be doing in this role?...
Assist with daily treasury operations for all entities, including lockbox, disbursements accounts, daily cash management activities, and foreign exchange
Assist Treasury Manager with maintaining and updating all user access on banking portals
Provide timely research and resolve any banking errors
Set up wire templates and transfers as needed
Maintain weekly and quarterly cash forecasts
Prepare treasury-related audit reports and respond to all auditor requests for information
Perform maintenance on standby letters of credit
Assist Treasury Manager with managing banking and lending relationships
Assist Treasury Manager with preparation for meetings and presentations as needed
About the Team...
You will be working with the Global Treasury Team, most immediately with the US Treasury Team. We have 10 Treasury Team Members across China (1), India (2), the UK (4) and the US (3) that you will interact with and participate in group meetings with, primarily supporting the US treasury group and their projects. You will also be involved in communications with various teams throughout the overall Clarivate organization, i.e., Accounts Payable, Accounting/Finance, Accounts Receivable, etc.
Hours of Work...
This is a full-time position working hybrid 2-3 days a week in our Ann Arbor MI or Philadelphia PA office
Expectation is a 40-hour work week with hours flexible between 7am to 6pm EST. Expectation to be able to join calls within the UK afternoon hours (7-8am to 12pm EST)
