Job Description: Workday Payroll Administrator III

The Workday Payroll Administrator III provides strategic and operational support of payroll applications. This role is responsible for increasing operational efficiencies and controls through the utilization and optimization of technology.

What you will do: Partner with leadership teams to understand the business strategy and recommend technical solutions to achieve business objectives. Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to enable leadership teams to identify trends and empower decision-making. Drives continuous improvement by conducting system and process analysis to improve operational efficiencies and controls. Provides functional administration of payroll applications including software releases, application configuration, integration design, security administration, testing, and reporting. Manages complex payroll technology initiatives throughout the project lifecycle. Provides end user support exemplifying exceptional customer service. Understand application security models and segregation of duties to effectively protect sensitive data. Develop, prepare, and maintain user guides and job aids.     Education Requirement: Bachelors in Business, or other Health Care related field

Preferred Education: Master's in Business, or other Health Care related field

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Proactive problem-solving skills Business and process analysis skills Technology-enabled business transformation experience Strong oral and written communication skills level 2a     Preferred Experience: Relevant experience (> 7 years) within a Payroll systems in a healthcare environment
