Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCos beverage manufacturing,
sales and distribution operating unit in the United States and Canada.
This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization.
Responsibilities\
The Business Development Account Manager will use superior cold-calling
skills to generate new business and drive share growth for the following
customers: Restaurants and Recreation & Retail accounts. Their primary
focus will be to drive acquisition of prestigious single and
multi-outlet customers across dual markets. This individual will also be
responsible for leading long-term strategy and execution to gain market
share within their geography.
- Acquire new Restaurants and Recreation & Retail accounts via leads,
cold-calling, and other strategic selling solutions\
- Focus on single outlet & local key account (2-25 outlets) and prestige
customer acquisition for Beverages\
- Work on building a new business sales pipeline; working with new lead
tools and initiatives\
- Activate local and sector new business initiatives, programs, and
tools to accelerate acquisition\
- Develop industry expertise in each business segment around consumer
preferences and market share\
- Drive long term relationships with new business partnerships and
internal cross-functional teams
Compensation & Benefits:\
- The expected compensation range for this position is between
\$85,200 - \$142,650 based on a full-time schedule\
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be
considered in setting actual starting salary\
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of
annual salary paid out annually\
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave,
vacation, sick, and bereavement\

Qualifications
Successful candidates will be highly motivated and organized individuals
who possess a strong desire to win.\
- Strong communication and presentation skills required\
- A minimum of 2 years of fact-based selling experience\
- Proven track record of closing new business wins\
- Strong financial acumen\
- Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience preferred\
- Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically\
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in
the United States\
- Must have a valid driver\'s license\
- Safe driving record strongly preferred
