Description: Work for one of the most well known financial service companies worldwide!
• PC Refresh Project
• Imaging all devices and shipping them off
• Getting back old hardware and wiping data to redeploy or dispose.
• Potentially work with end users if issues with deployment or have devices questions after they have received it.
• Working Knowledge of end user computing including hardware, software and configuration.
• Understanding of ServiceNow or similar platform
• Enterprise and strategic thought process with the ability to analyze and execute
• Possess excellent verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding of infrastructure platforms, services and technology processes
• Self-motivated and driven to identify and deliver appropriate solutions
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Mac, Mac O/S, Windows Office Suite & Outlook
• Working knowledge of connectivity type tools (wireless, Cisco AnyConnect, Citrix)
• Technical certificate or has the equivalent 2+ years of work experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
