Utilize your materials knowledge & expertise in a manufacturing environment. You will assist in the execution of the below duties: utilizing warehouse management techniques to support shipping, and logistics coordination of carriers for both international and domestic orders but not limited and include, including receipts and inspections of goods, inventory control, nonconforming inventory management, material handling & packaging for warehousing, and management system.

Materials associates must have a high level of organization, time management, and attention to detail to prioritize the organization’s daily operations and workflow to ensure that deadlines are met with maximum product quality.

All members comply with company policies and maintain a high level of safety. You will follow standard work and operating procedures to ensure those duties are fulfilled and goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Material Movements Physically and Systematically

• Manage Receiving and Shipping Hot Lists

• Pick and Put-away Materials to Respective Staging and Stockroom Locations

• Complete Cycle Counts, Shelf-Life Management, Material Purges, Scrap Requests and Other Warehouse Health Functions

• Manage Transactions for Nonconforming Material Physically and Systematically

• Create Various Reports for Materials and Key Customers

• Complete 5S, Materials MOS and training required.

• Perform SAP Transactions and comprehend work instructions and job aids

• Participate in Annual Physical Inventory and Other Inventory Control Tasks

• Assist in Any Materials Task as Needed

• Participate in Team / Tier Meetings

• Meet FAA and ISO Requirements

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

You Must Have

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1+ years’ experience in Materials or Relevant Functions in Integration Supply Chain

• 1+ years’ experience in Computer Literacy Specifically with SAP and Microsoft Applications
