Job Summary


The Product Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of product strategies, managing the product lifecycle, and driving product innovation to meet customer needs and company objectives. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and customer adoption.

Education and Experience


Required:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, marketing, or a related experience U.S. Citizen Must be able to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products from conception to implementation, to replacement/retirement Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Proven experience bringing enterprise software products (locally deployed/SaaS/PaaS) to market Strong knowledge of workflow and product management processes and best practices Excellent project management and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement product management strategies for TriWest to include end-user education and seamless integrations into current infrastructure Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch to sustainment to retirement Define product roadmap, create and maintain product backlog, prioritize features, and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market data to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement Participate in sprint planning, review meetings, and retrospectives to drive product development Make decisions on behalf of the business and provide guidance to the team on product features and functionality Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners

Working Conditions


Working Conditions:

Works in a standard office environment, with 20% - 30% travel Availability to work non-regular hours as required Extensive computer work with long periods of sitting Annual base salary for Colorado, Hawaii and Washington State residents: Approx. $130,000 depending on experience [Our Department of Defense contract requires US citizenship and a favorably adjudicated DOD background investigation for this position. ]{arial",sans-serif"=""}
