The Phoenix Job Corps Center provides students with the opportunity to earn their High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED), and hands-on training in the following areas: Certified Nurse Assistant, Clinical Medical Assistant, Medical Administration Assistant, Patient Care Technician, Plumbing, Painting, Security and Protective Services, HVAC, Landscaping, Electrical, and Building Construction Technology.

As a Property Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our center by managing and maintaining an accurate inventory of assets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inventory Management:Maintain a meticulous record of all center assets, including equipment, supplies, and resources. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Distribution and Tracking:Facilitate the distribution of resources to various departments and ensure proper documentation. Implement a tracking system to monitor the movement of assets within the center.

  • Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with different departments to understand their needs and requirements. Foster clear communication channels to address any property-related concerns promptly.

  • Maintenance Oversight:Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any repairs or replacements needed for center assets. Proactively identify areas for improvement in asset management processes.

  • Compliance and Reporting:Ensure adherence to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to property management. Generate regular reports to keep stakeholders informed about the status of center assets.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Advanced degrees preferred. One-year prior experience in warehousing/storeroom and expendable inventory control preferred. Must possess a valid in-State Driver’s License and meet Company insurability requirements. Requires computer literacy in word processing and Microsoft Suite of applications. Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching. Demonstrates the ability to lift 40 pounds and/or the ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistanc
