Job Summary: Basic knowledge in trouble-shooting new and old HVAC
equipment. Performs maintenance and service repairs on heating,
ventilating and air conditioning systems. Installs new replacement parts
for existing units according to specifications and established safety
guidelines. Has basic knowledge of the fields commonly-used concepts,
practices and procedures. Working with a high degree of honesty and
integrity to promote a positive image. Excel in communication and follow
through to properly complete task at hand and most importantly Deliver
Exceptional Customer Service. This position is safety sensitive. Reports
to Service Field Manager.
Job Duties:
- Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Establish a great rapport with the customer
- Properly trouble-shoot and diagnose problems with HVAC equipment
- Perform sales of service agreements and HVAC parts
- Perform warranty service repair
- Perform Precision Tune-Ups
- Set goals (daily, weekly, monthly & yearly)
- Complete required paperwork and assigned tasks effectively and
efficiently
- On-Call rotation (nights/weekends)
- Follow all standard operating procedures
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years HVAC Service, Maintenance and Repair experience
- EPA Certified
- High School diploma or equivalent
Key Competencies:
- Confident and self-motivated
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to adapt to changes
- Basic refrigerant, electrical and air flow trouble-shooting
experience
- Satisfactory driving record as required by the companys insurance
provider

- Excels at following all Standard Operating Procedures
Physical Requirements:
- Able to work in extreme temperatures for extended periods of time
- Able to adapt to all environments including but not limited to
confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
- Able to safely lift over 100 pounds
- Able to work extended hours, nights, and weekend hours
- Able to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or
crawl
- Able to work in a safety sensitive position
