Sr. Project Manager - Land Development Division
The Sr. Project Manager will lead the Land Development Division by
managing all phases of awarded contracts, financial reporting,
procurement, documentation, and client relations. The Sr. Project
Manager will directly manage a team to accomplish all divisional
objectives and work closely with the Land Development team to ensure
delivery of best- in-class quality, satisfaction, service, and value to
our customers. The Land Development Sr. Project Manager will be
responsible for all phases of up to 20 active jobs. This position
reports directly to the VP of Construction and works closely with all
divisions.
Scope:
Contract Management - Communicate with all parties effectively once
contracts have been awarded.
Schedule - Adhere and manage all scheduling details for the projects
Cost - Managing cost, review budgets, negotiations, change orders
and attend monthly WIP meetings.
Client Relations - Develop and maintain strong client relationships
with a focus.
Leadership & Team Development - Coach, mentor and lead all team
members that directly report.
Safety - Set examples of a proper safety culture.
Motivation - Motivate team with daily, weekly meeting and excellent
communication.
To Be Successful at This Role, You Will Need:
- Minimum 10 years construction experience, at least 5 years in a
lateral position.
- Proven leadership to organize people to believe in a vision while
instilling a sense of purpose.
- Work product and soft skills must reflect a high degree of
professionalism and seamless ability to communicate between field
crew members and client executives.
- Must have solid communication, technology, analytical and management
skills.
- Effective working as a team member and knows how to delegate to
other team members to achieve organizational and customer goals.
- Must have integrity and the ability to discuss issues openly and
honestly with your team and clients.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, the ability to
manage multiple, competing priorities, ability to deliver
high-quality, time-sensitive work.
- Proven problem solver, solution-oriented mindset when tackling
difficult situations.
- Must be able to demonstrate confidentiality and discretion regarding
sensitive and, in some cases, protected Employee and company data
and/or information.
- Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels
throughout the organization.

plan as a guide in making all business decisions.
- Highly proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook,
Excel, and Teams.
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
- Strong drive for results in a high growth environment.
- Bachelor\'s degree in construction management or related field, or
the equivalent in education and experience. preferred, experience
considered in lieu of degree.
