As a Senior Automation Developer, you will be at the forefront of our automation initiatives, leveraging your extensive experience to drive innovation and efficiency across multiple business lines. Your expertise in automation development will be crucial in guiding and mentoring teams, ensuring that we harness the full potential of the latest tools and technologies to create the “Art of the Possible.”

In this role, you will adopt a consultant-oriented approach, working closely with various business lines to understand their unique needs and challenges. You will collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, test, implement, and support automation solutions tailored to the Consumer bank's requirements. Your deep understanding of banking processes and automation tools will enable you to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver solutions that enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Through proactive engagement with business partners, you will build strong relationships and foster a culture of innovation. You will be responsible for developing and delivering automations that not only meet immediate needs but also anticipate future demands, ensuring that our automation strategies remain agile and forward-thinking. Your contributions will have a significant impact on the business, driving efficiency, improving customer experiences, and supporting the bank's overall strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovate and Automate: Plan, analyze, design, develop/code, test, and implement cutting-edge application components using automation tools.

  • Mentorship: Assist in the professional development of automation developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

  • Best Practices: Participate in best practice sessions to share your innovations and contribute to our list of creative designs.

  • Maintenance and Documentation: Perform maintenance of automations and maintain comprehensive documentation, including program libraries, installation procedures, and technical documentation.

  • Create Proof of Concepts and Proof of Technology for our business partners, showcasing the potential of automation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science

  • Experience: 3+ years of demonstrated experience with UiPath automation tools Orchestrator, Document Understanding, Test Manager, Communication Mining, Process and Task Mining.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to plan and prioritize your workload and that of others.

  • Communication Skills: the ability to effectively communicate with business lines and guide and train others.

  • Efficiency Under Pressure: Ability to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracy.

  • Collaborative Spirit: Strong ability to collaborate with others and work effectively in a team environment.

Hours & Work Schedule:

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5pm EST

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $ 106,800 - $ 160,200 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
