We are hiring! A client of ours is adding to their AP team! This is a great opportunity to expand your knowledge in accounts payable. The full job description is listed below:
Job Overiew:
Key AP invoices
Process AP invoices in a timely manner (work with team to manage - up to 200 per week)
Work with vendors and resolve any discrepancies that arise
Open AP shared folder daily - code and process
Reiew purchase orders
Heavy information validation on price, cost, etc.
Assist with expense report processing and reimbursement.
Check-runs
Statement reconciliations
Other tasks as requested / assigned.
Work daily in the ERP system and Excel.

Full time Monday- Friday
