The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Lead Security Professional (Program Manager) to join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) organization. This individual will play a crucial role in the Governance and Business Enablement workstream, managing high-profile security programs—including CMMC compliance efforts—and driving strategic initiatives throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively with stakeholders, and ensures alignment between security governance requirements and business objectives. This role will be key in tracking departmental goals, managing complex projects, creating executive reports and presentations, and interpreting security and compliance requirements to support governance and business enablement.

The Main Responsibilities

Program & Project Management:

  • Support high-impact security programs and projects, including CMMC and other compliance and governance initiatives.

  • Drive program execution by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of objectives.

  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, dashboards, and key performance metrics to track progress.

Governance & Business Enablement Support:

  • Support the Governance and Business Enablement workstream by managing initiatives that bridge security governance with business operations.

  • Analyze, interpret, and communicate security and compliance requirements to enable effective decision-making and business alignment.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline governance processes and improve operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across security, IT, legal, compliance, product and business teams to drive alignment.

  • Develop reports, presentations, and executive briefings on program status, risks, and key achievements.

  • Act as a liaison between security governance and business teams to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives.

Performance Tracking & Reporting :

  • Assist in defining, tracking, and reporting on departmental goals, key initiatives, and performance metrics.

  • Prepare data-driven insights and executive-level reports to support leadership decision-making.

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • 8+ years of experience as a Program or Project Manager supporting security products in the telecommunications or technology industries.

  • Understanding compliance frameworks, business enablement, and compliance programs (CMMC experience preferred).

  • Proven ability to drive multiple high-profile projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with expertise in engaging senior leadership.

  • Strong proficiency in program tracking, reporting, and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, project management software).

  • Ability to interpret security and compliance requirements and translate them into business-enabling strategies.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$129,639 - $172,852 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.

$136,121 - $181,494 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.

$142,603 - $190,137 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
