Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)Job Description:The Maintenance Technician is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining plant processing, facility and support equipment.Location city, state : Pine Island, MNHours: 6pm - 6am (2 days on 2 days off)Wage: $30.15Land O'Lakes, Inc offers a competitive salary and bonus potential. Some experience with mechanical systems, utilizing product manuals, troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns, and reading mechanical drawings.Preferred Qualifications & Experiences:High School Diploma or GED1 years' experience with basic electrical systems, compressors, welding, plumbing, conveyers, hydraulics, packaging, PLC, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and pumps.Forklift experience preferred or willing to be trained for certificationEnsures a safe working environment for self and others while performing assigned tasksAble to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to effectively work with a variety of people and departmentsAbility to be flexible in work performed and scheduleSelf-reliant and able to accurately work under limited supervisionCustomer focused and able to work in a collaborative teamAdhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs)Physical Requirements for production positions regularly include:Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movementsPerforming duties while wearing personal protective equipmentWorking across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include work in environments where dust is presentShift schedules that include days, nights, and weekends, some holidays and periodic overtimeTravel: N/ADairy Foods:This role is at a Dairy Foods manufacturing facility for Land O'Lakes, creating dairy products that stand for real, simple goodness.
