Pipestone County Medical Center and Family Clinic is currently seeking to find a Laboratory Manager to join our growing team. We are committed to providing high quality services to our southwest Minnesota community.
Job Duties:
Under the direction of the Laboratory Director and Administration, this position is responsible to develop, direct, and
coordinate all the functions and activities directly related to the laboratory department; while helping to competitively
position PCMC in the marketplace; and enhancing the delivery of the laboratory services at PCMC.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Associate Degree as a Medical Laboratory Technician with no less than 5
years of experience. 4 or more years of clinical laboratory training or experience in the high complexity testing specialties.
One to three years management experience preferred. ASCP or NCA certification preferred. CPR certified or must be
obtained within 1 week of hire. Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT) and DOT Drug Testing certified or able to obtain within one year
from date of hire. Valid driver’s license required.
The starting hourly pay for this position is $36.45 per hour. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
