EMP SERV, LLC Pipestone seeks Repair Maintenance (multiple positions) in Pipestone, MN. Duties: Responsible for performing the below job duties in an agricultural swine environment in a rural area. Ensure execution of maintenance procedures to achieve maximum productivity and meet deadlines. Contribute to the improvement of facilities and reduced total cost. Provide timely and accurate work order information to Production Staff, Repair and Maintenance Lead and Administration regarding maintenance progress or challenges. Ensure care and proper use of company assets, including vehicles, tools and equipment. Understand and ensure application of biosecurity protocols upon entry of sow barn facilities. Ensure safety requirements are met and safe practices are exercised. Demonstrate strict adherence to company policies and confidentiality, including completing all company required classes as directed by HR. Complete general maintenance and repairs on all sow barn facilities including ventilation, HVAC, plumbing, welding, motors, feedlines, controllers, grounds keep, generators, and power washers as directed by the maintenance lead, utilizing the company s maintenance connection system. Maintenance connection is a system that organizes all work orders created by either sow farm managers or other individuals within the maintenance team. The maintenance connection system prioritizes and schedules which farms the Repair Maintenance will need to go to and determines the correct supplies needed for the specific job. Prioritize all projects at each sow barn facility in order of importance and complete projects according to set order. Repair Maintenance will first arrive at the facility and perform a drive around. Then they will complete the maintenance/repair and follow up each day with a labor report connected to each work order on projects completed and projects still open. This involves communicating updates directly with the farm manager, so they are always informed. Check alarm systems at sow barn facilities and ensure nothing is bypassed. Assist with maintenance projects at sow farms as needed such as changing out prefilters. Complete varying projects as assigned by team lead including following up, monitoring, or assisting hired hands. Ensure execution of maintenance procedures to achieve maximum productivity and meet deadlines. Contribute to the improvement of facilities and reduced total cost. Provide timely and accurate work order information to Production Staff, Repair and Maintenance Lead and Administration regarding maintenance progress or challenges.
