Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery Lead Analyst :
Enterprise-level experience in Business Resiliency/Continuity management
Experience developing and managing internal risks and controls, particularly in financial institutions
Proven ability to execute risk mitigation activities and develop effective control strategies
Experience creating, reviewing, and approving Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans
Experience participating in or managing Regulatory and/or Audit reviews
Experience conducting Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and implementing controls management
Knowledge of technology risk management within financial institutions
Proficiency with ServiceNow platform for business continuity management
Preferred: CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional) certification
Desirable: Experience with Fusion Risk Management platform
Desirable: Experience with KY3P (Know Your Third Party) risk assessment methodology
