Our client, a leading organization in the administrative sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant III to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant III, you will be part of the Intellectual Property group supporting the Assistant General Counsel, IP and Aerospace & Defense. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Pay Range: $18.57/hr
What's the Job?
Preparing agendas for the monthly Intellectual Property committee meetings, including data gathering from various sources.
Effecting decisions made at the IP Committee meetings by updating and creating new matters in Anaqua and instructing outside counsel.
Handling typical IP docketing tasks, including updating existing matters and opening new matters as needed.
Processing inventor awards and archiving Anaqua matters on a monthly basis.
Tracking metrics and archiving patent grant certificates as part of miscellaneous activities.
What's Needed?
Minimum of two years of experience in IP docketing, specifically with patent and trademark matters.
Proficiency in using Anaqua, the Intellectual Property management tool.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities effectively.
Ability to work independently and operate without extensive training.
Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and outside counsel.
