DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: POSITION SUMMARY: The receptionist acts as the first point of contact for Goodwill visitors and callers.  This position provides excellent customer service and performs clerical functions such as maintaining visitor logs or other department documents, making copies, and faxing documents to support departments.

Duties include but are not limited to: * Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls and provide basic information when needed. * Maintain a visitors' log * Perform general office duties, such as making copies, faxing documents, maintaining records, maintaining calendars, etc. as requested. * Complete assigned clerical work, including composing and mailing certified letters, and scanning and logging department documents.

External Hiring Range: $15.75/hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday (8:00 a.m. -- 4:00 p.m.) schedule can vary depending on department needs.   

QUALIFICATIONS: * High school diploma or equivalent AND 1 year experience preferred.

REQUIRED CLEARANCES, LICENSES, AND CERTIFICATIONS: * Candidates are expected to provide current clearances (Child Abuse, FBI Fingerprints, and PATCH) prior to first day of employment.
