As the Manager of the CDI Solution Advisor team, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
* Leads: Solution Advisor area managers for IP CDI/OP CDI * Accountability: Accountable for managing the solution advisor area managers to meet outlined team deliverables. * Execution: Partner effectively with leadership and area managers in Solution Advisor execution of responsibilities. * Strategy, Collaboration and Planning: Responsible for developing team strategies, interacting with other Solution Advisor manager, CSE leadership, Sales leadership and directing Solution Advisor customer service activities for successful customer support. * Supports: area managers and team members in identifying collaboration with implementation, training, product best practices, NLU and content in driving customer success as well as customer escalations.
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher AND eight (7) years of healthcare experience with a focus on successful implementation/utilization of CDI (IP/OP) software and management experience of customer support teams. OR High School Diploma/GED from AND (14) years of industry experience related to CDI, revenue cycle customer software and service management support.
AND Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: * Industry experience with Solventum CDI software. * Experience working across business leadership * Experience with healthcare leadership such as CFOs, CIOs, Physicians

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $183,301 - $224,034, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
