We are an employee own business with a small office. We are looking for
someone skilled with Quick Books and has experience with Microsoft Excel
to build reports. This person must have the ability to work
independently and manage confidential information. Job duties will
include but not limited to completing and managing:
Payroll, reporting taxes, setting up new hire packages and managing
benefits and compliance requirements, maintaining and reporting worker
comp documentation, applying accounts receivables payments and deposits,
reconcile checking accounts and receivables credit card account,
maintaining CDL driver files and documentation per FMSA guidelines,
monthly reports for management and audit, complete annual business
certifications, monitor and completing as needed reporting for ESOP
compliance.
