DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTION Under the direct supervision of the food
service Manager/Supervisor the Food Service Aide will perform a variety
of food service and dish room duties, as well other related tasks.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless
stated otherwise.) A. Experience: - Previous experience in food handling
preferred. B. Education and Training: - High School diploma or GED
preferred. C. License, Certification & Registration: - SERVESAFE -
Servesafe Certification within one year of employment preferred. D.
Other Requirements: - Ability to work with a wide variety of people. -
Must have very good interpersonal skills. - Ability to read, write and
follow oral and written instruction. - Must have the ability to quickly
move from one duty to another as needs of the department change.
