Salesforce Administrator (Sr. Network Technician)
Start: ASAP
Location: Pittsford, NY - Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 days remote)
Contract Length: 8+ months, likely to extend
Pay: $45.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
• Support the day-to-day salesforce needs of the business globally to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage user support requests & escalations and respond in a timely manner.
• Provide guidance to users on how to utilize the system to meet their needs.
• Manage enhancement requests according to our established salesforce governance model.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, demo changes, and answer questions about system and improvements.
• Administer aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups.
• Works with IT teams to ensure system integrations are working correctly.
• Works with Data Integrity Specialist to identify, merge, clean-up data.
Qualifications:
• Extensive Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3-5+ years' of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales & Service Cloud
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Good Communication Skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to changing technology
Pay Details: $45.00 per hour
