    What you will do:

  • Develop a solid Preventive Maintenance/Total Productive Maintenance program with line leaders and operators.

  • Trouble shoot/repair pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical systems.

  • Build a maintenance culture with a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Plans and oversees all repair and installation activities.

  • Monitors equipment inventory and places orders when necessary.

  • Monitors expenses and control’s the budget for repairs and maintenance.

  • Manages relationships with contractors and service providers.

  • Tracks preventative maintenance logs and reports on daily activities.

  • Ensures health and safety policies are being followed with equipment repair and maintenance activities.

  • Schedules and coordinates all upgrades/repairs associated with all production line equipment.

  • Participates in Safety and CI programs.

  • Basic handyman tasks as it relates to internal building infrastructure projects and improvements.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • What you will need to have:

  • Solid understanding of machinery, electrical systems as well as other crafts and will be well-versed in all maintenance processes and health and safety regulations.

  • Ability to develop a solid PM/TPM program with line leaders and operators.

  • Skilled in trouble shooting/repairing pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical systems.

  • Monitors equipment inventory and places orders when necessary.

  • Experience with monitoring expenses and budgeting.

  • Familiarity with the need to follow health and safety protocols regarding equipment repair and maintenance activities.

  • Experience with scheduling and coordinating all upgrades/repairs associated with production line equipment.

  • Basic handyman skills as they relate to internal building infrastructure projects/improvements.

  • Must be able to work first shift, Monday to Friday with occasional overtime and occasional Saturday work required.
