SUMMARY

The Sr Site Coordinator ensures the smooth operation of the CMC manufacturing site by performing a variety of administrative tasks. These tasks include travel management, calendar coordination, scheduling of site events, meeting scheduling and preparations for the site leadership team. This also includes assisting in accurate and timely posting of communication boards and new employee set up and introduction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support for departments and facilities.

  • Make employee lunch arrangements as required.

  • Maintain and manage calendars to schedule meetings internally and externally worldwide.

  • Schedule day-to-day intra and inter departmental meetings/appointments and make appropriate reservations for facilities, equipment, etc.

  • Coordinate and support site wide events. Planning and acting as lead organizer for scheduled events hosted by CMC Plainsboro.

  • Coordination of travel arrangements (including air, rail, car and hotel) for Plant Manager, Quality Manager, direct reports, and other functional leaders in the facility.

  • Complete registrations for professional meetings, seminars, and workshops.

  • Maintain and order office supplies for department and facility use.

  • Manage facility office mail.

  • Manage phones, as needed.

  • Submit IT tickets as required.

  • Maintain a PCard for Office and site expenses.

  • Maintain Employee Communication Vehicles (i.e. KPI Board, TV's, lntercompany Postings)

  • Oversee Employee Cafeteria and Locker Rooms

  • Work with Training Coordinator and hiring managers for New Employee Set-up (e.g. preparing and submitting New Employee form to GAC, preparation of Training File folder)

  • Use problem analysis and project management skills to complete projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.

  • High school education, college degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of applications and have very good written and oral communication skills.

  • Must be capable of managing expense reports.

  • Must be able to multi-task and be a self-starter.

  • Must be able to support multiple stakeholders.

  • High attention to detail with an emphasis on timely and accurate work products.

  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
