Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their
inquiries and needs - Perform general clerical duties, including
photocopying, faxing, and filing - Maintain accurate records and update
databases as needed - Assist with inventory management and order
supplies as necessary - Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced
cash drawer - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate
department or individual - Assist with technical sales by providing
product information and recommendations to customers
