Job Description
An employer is looking for a ETL Developer in the Bogota, Colombia area. You will primarily be responsible for managing and supporting the Integration Master. This includes overseeing the loading and maintenance of the databases, providing 24/7 support for related processes, generating accurate consumer data feeds (CDFs) and enforcing standards for new and modified user code. The position involves working with the DataStage, SQL SERVER databases, Shell scripting, and all Microsoft office tools. This role supports business functionality across multiple teams including brands, and vendors when file transfers are involved. Additionally, the role contributes to estimating team efforts for funded projects, responding to incidents, and managing the Azure DevOps (ADO) board for production migration requests.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Master Databases
o Insure proper and timely loading of tables
o 24/7 support of those processes
Consumer Data Feeds
o Creating views from IM databases
o Coding the metadata to support CDFs
o Scheduling of generation of CDFs
DataStage application
o Coding processes as needed
o Enforcing standards for new/changes to user code

Skills and Requirements
5+ years experience in ETL and data engineering
Experience with DataStage, Informatica or similar ETL tools
Strong Linux and shell scripting skills
Cloud data platform experience (Azure)
Knowledge on .Net, C# based applications
Experience in data governance, security
Strong SQL skills Cloud certifications
