As a Senior Product Delivery Associate within the Commercial Banking Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) team, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. You will work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.
Job responsibilities
Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
Implement transformational process and product through cross functional areas within WLS
Partner with clients and stakeholders on requirement gathering; design, ideate, wireframe, prototype features and experiences
Refine product backlog in JIRA, and Use Cases with exceptional detail and discipline
Apply analytical and creative thinking to design solutions to operations inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities. Coordinate and govern User Acceptance Testing, ensuring user engagement and testing rigor
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
Experience in product deployment processes
Involvement in large scale, cross-functional initiatives and passion for process innovation, design, and technology
Experience in Agile methodology with Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner
Basic proficiency in JIRA, Tableau, Apteryx. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS) applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio and MS PowerPoint is a must
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
Experience within large Financial Services firms preferred
Experience with implementing and using workflow tools
Experience with loan lifecycle and its various process steps/ stages
Loan accounting applications experience is a plus
