JOB REQUIREMENTS: Reporting to the Food Safety & Quality Manager, the
Quality Systems Manager is responsible to design, implement and manage
the facility\'s food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance policies
at HARIBO\'s brand new state-of-the-art gummi manufacturing plant in
Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The Quality Systems Manager ensures
compliance with all applicable local, state and federal food laws and
champions HARIBO\'s food safety and quality systems (FSSC and internal
Controls) improvement. This role has a key impact in developing and

through communication, training, and employee engagement. Develop,
implement, and monitor food safety & quality assurance (FSQA) programs
to ensure a food safe/quality product and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate cross functionally on the execution and maintenance of all
FSQA programs to gain alignment and confidence in success of the
