JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary Responsibilities This position is responsible for tracking and tracing outbound and inbound shipments to and from Domestic FK facilities and FK Distribution Centers. The incumbent is responsible for utilizing TMS (Transportation Management System), processing freight claims, ensuring on-time pick-ups and deliveries, and coordinating with carriers. The incumbent works closely with warehouse personnel and freight carriers on day-to-day operations. The coordinator works alongside customer service daily regarding any service, claim, or load status update needed. This position reports to the Manager of logistics and has no direct reports.
