Robert Half Event Data Strategy and Reporting Manager in Pleasanton, California

Description

Our B2B Tech client is looking for an Event Data Strategy and Reporting Manager to join their team 40hr/wk, hybrid in Pleasanton, California. This role is in the enterprise software industry and will involve ensuring data quality across marketing technology stacks and presenting actionable insights from data reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across various marketing technology stacks, including event management platforms and CRM systems

• Manage the hygiene processes for account, contact, and lead data to ensure a reliable data flow between systems

• Identify and resolve discrepancies in data, collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve overall data quality

• Support the integration and functionality of our CRM systems and internal tools

• Transform complex data into insightful reports, presented in clear and understandable formats

• Leverage event management platforms to drive success in our global corporate event portfolio

• Use your skills in communication, sales, marketing, and analytics to strengthen relationships and grow brand value

• Design and implement planning processes and optimization strategies to improve event performance

• Collaborate with teams to develop integrated, measurable event plans aligned with business priorities

• Utilize business intelligence technologies, data warehousing, and data management to deliver business results.

Requirements • Proficiency in Communication and Collaboration: The candidate should be able to articulate complex ideas clearly and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Sales and Marketing Expertise: A solid background in sales and marketing is essential, with a particular emphasis on brand awareness and optimization strategies.

• Reporting and Analytics: The candidate should have experience in reporting, KPI reporting, and analytics.

• Proficiency in Design and Presentations: The ability to design effective presentations and present data-driven insights in a clear and engaging manner is required.

• Planning and Decision-Making Skills: The candidate should have experience in planning processes and making data-informed decisions.

• Hiring Processes and Performance Management: Experience in hiring processes and performance management would be an added advantage.

• Stakeholder Management: The candidate should have the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Proficiency in CRM and Tableau: The candidate should have hands-on experience with CRM systems and Tableau for data visualization.

• Business Intelligence Technologies and Data Warehousing: The candidate should have experience in working with business intelligence technologies and data warehousing.

• Data Management Skills: The candidate should have strong data management skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
