JOB REQUIREMENTS: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
using QuickBooks. Reconcile bank and credit card statements. Generate
financial reports using QuickBooks. Prepare quarterly audits.
Communicate with vendors or outside contractors to resolve payment
issues or negotiate new contracts. Prepare and process invoices and
bills. Assist with end of year tax preparation. Prepare and submit
monthly sales and use taxes. Assist with biweekly payroll, including
entering new employee information into QuickBooks and ensuring banking
information is accurate. Ability to exercise confidentiality in handling
financial and employee information. Perform administrative tasks such as
filing. Ensure Records Retention Policy is followed for retaining
records. Update spreadsheets and prepare bank deposits. Other duties as
