\$103,906.40 Responsibilities: The Maintenance Planner is responsible
for all aspects of planning and scheduling work for the maintenance
team, as well as any contractors or vendors that fall under the scope of
the maintenance team. It is their responsibility to plan and schedule
maintenance work in accordance with all food safety and regulatory
guidelines. The responsibilities of the planner encompass all areas of
the Plover site. The Maintenance Planner is also responsible for
maintaining and updating the maintenance plan. The Maintenance Planner
is also responsible for improving the CMMS by creating general
maintenance task lists, entering new assets, updating work centers, and
maintaining accurate equipment BOMs. The Maintenance Planner will also
purchase non-MRO parts and manage assigned contract service purchase
orders. This position will lead special projects in conjunction with
engineering and operations. The Maintenance Planner will advise and
mentor the maintenance leads. Manage parts spend to budget and
accurately forecast maintenance spending. Assign and schedule
preventative maintenance work orders, and work requests, through the
CMMS. Responsible for tracking and updating emergency corrective work
orders in a timely manner. Must have the technical aptitude to
continually evaluate and enhance the maintenance program to identify
equipment changes, upgrades, and migration from obsolescence. Evaluate
the preventative maintenance program for accuracy and validity by
partnering with department leads, OEM manufacturers, consulting
equipment manuals, and communicating with operations partners to ensure
the equipment is being maintained at a satisfactory level and all
aspects of equipment are being serviced at the appropriate intervals.
Keep records of repeat failures and use trend analysis for the purpose
of enhancing and optimizing the preventative maintenance program. Create
