Our "Roof & Components (RC)" business unit develops and produces roof systems for every type of vehicle and autonomous driving. To achieve this, we rely on the most modern technologies and materials. Job Responsibilities * Carry out One-Webasto Principles and Webasto Corporate Values * Responsible to plan and keep team Budget (Series ME) * Achieve the defined Time ratio and productivity improvements hand in hand with production * Ensure that Production Equipment and Infrastructure fulfill the safety requirement * Continuous Manufacturing process/Line improvement (roadmaps) * Develop team members to advance their skills and capabilities * Ensure technical performance and improvement of assembly lines and technologies in Plant * Responsible for on side plant preparation and equipment readiness for launches * Maintain the process stability and capability of the equipment, high availability of the line * Designing, constructing, testing and operating equipment * Ensuring standards of quality, cost, safety, reliability, timeliness, and performance are met in production processes * Interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications * Industry-specific engineering activities * Designing and performing processes and activities to maintain machines and production equipment at optimum level * Disciplinary Leadership of Manufacturing Engineers and Process Tech's assigned to area

Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree in technical studies or industrial engineering * 5 - 8 years relevant experience in a similar role in an automotive/manufacturing environment * Strong understanding in lean management and project management * Excellent management and leadership skills * Excellent communication and people skills * Ability and willingness to work long hours if necessary Candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen upon acceptance of an offer We look forward to your online application!
