Job Summary:

The Dealer Marketing Digital Program Manager takes ownership of the dealer digital portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. This role collaborates closely with Polaris Global Business Units (GBUs) to understand their needs, prioritize initiatives, and develop effective digital marketing strategies. Additionally, the manager defines the scope of digital projects, coordinates capability development across GBUs and external vendors, monitors industry trends, manages vendor relationships, evaluates new technologies, and fosters cross-functional partnerships

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Ownership : Take ownership of the dealer digital portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.

  • Collaboration with Global Business Units: Work closely with Global Business Units to understand their needs, align priorities, and develop effective digital marketing strategies.

  • Initiative Scoping : Define the scope of digital initiatives, considering business requirements, resource availability, and project feasibility.

  • Lead Capability Development: Coordinate work across Polaris Global Business units and external vendors to align GBU strategies and business needs with new capability development.

  • Industry Trends : Research industry trends and report opportunities and their impact on the organization.

  • Vendor Management : Manage relationships with current and new platform partners.

  • Technology Evaluation: Evaluate new technologies, trends, and industry best practices in the digital advertising landscape.

  • Cross-Functional Partnerships : Foster partnerships with Marketing, Creative, Digital, and Visual teams.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • 5-7 years of professional experience in enterprise initiatives and projects focused on driving operational standards to drive business results required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Project Management or related field required.

  • Experience working in multiple functions such as marketing, project management, lean six sigma and technical groups.

  • Experience leading teams and business strategies which balance business, legal and technical complexities to develop sustainable solutions for the enterprise.

  • Experience leading projects with both external and internal partners.

  • Ability to translate goals and objectives into actionable and measurable enhancements.

  • Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions consistent with business objectives.

  • Proven track record of driving results in complex multifaceted initiatives
