Robert Half is excited to announce a Labeling Specialist opportunity with one of their biggest clients in the Medical Industry:
Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking an individual who is interested in or has experience with packaging labeling design and configuration, external standards, medical device quality systems, PLM documentation change systems, and project management. The ideal candidate should possess strong ownership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Position Focus:
The primary focus of this role is to process updates to product packaging labels, including inner (pouch) and outer (shelf carton) labels, while also providing project management support to multi-functional teams. Proficiency in the following software applications is required: enLabel design, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Windchill (PLM documentation system), and SAP (material management system).
EP Group Responsibilities:
Creating product labels for EP (Electrophysiology) packaging and products.
1-year contract with a possibility of conversion.
Entry-level position open to new college graduates with 1-2 years of experience preferred. Alternatively, 3 years of medical device experience is preferred without a degree.
Regulatory background is helpful but not required. Design experience is also helpful.
Strong organizational skills, time management, and communication skills are essential.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Interest in the Medical Device industry is highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills are required.
Requirements

Verbal and written communication - comfortable communicating with other teams and understanding their functions.
Experience with a documentation system - ability to create plans and reports, populate details, and work with team members to source information cross-functionally.
Experience with Labeling Software/Design Software - proficiency in computer applications and computer skills (Microsoft Office, Teams, spreadsheets, etc.).
Ability to drive reviews to complete tasks.
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
