Start Date: May 13th
3 month contract to hire, 18.50 an hour
Job Description
Responsible for the timely dispatch of Service Requests and preventative maintenance inspections
Work directly with technicians, field leaders, and use routing software to build optimized schedules for technicians in specific locations
Assist with managing the backlog and providing timely updates on aging or pending requests.
Take incoming calls from technicians to update schedules and ticket notes.
Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma required
1-3 of general work experience
Shifts
7:30AM-4PM CST
9:30AM-6PM CST
10:30 PM CST - 6 AM CST (3rd shift)
11:30 PM CST - 7 AM CST (3rd shift)
