ACCESS PT AccessPT - Physical Therapist Temp in Port Jervis in Port Jervis, New York

ACCESS PT is seeking a temporary, Full-Time Physical Therapist for 3 months to start immediately in our growing outpatient team with Bon Secours Community Hospital and St. Anthony Community Hospital located in Warwick, NY.

This is primarily outpatient-Bon Secours Community Hospital Tues/Thurs; St. Anthony Community Hospital Mon/Wed/Fri; we do require cross-training to inpatient once comfortable in outpatient and to become part of inpatient/acute care weekend rotation at Bon Secours Community Hospital 1-2 days/month is required.

Multi-disciplinary team. Various specialties to be able to expand into-concussion management; women's health-breast cancer/pelvic floor along with lymphedema. 1-hour evaluations, patients every 30-minutes but able to schedule 30 or 60-minute 1 on 1 sessions with more involved patients. Experienced clinical staff at both locations. Gradual orientation process to onboard/mentor at 1 site then expand into other site-do not expect split role immediately.

Physical Therapist Requirements:
  • Physical Therapist, current or pending, license in the State of New York

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited physical therapy program

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. - will assist with H1 visa transfer
