Our client is seeking a CNC Machine Operator / Programmer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of CNC Machine background, experience with Vertical Mills and Lathes and CAD / Drafting with AutoCAD which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Location: Port Jervis, NY
Pay Range: $25.00-$28.00/hr
Schedule: 1st Shift- Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
What’s the Job?
Program and Operate HAAS 3-axis CNC
Saws, grinders, drill press, metal working tools, etc
CAD/Drafting with AutoCAD, as well as Solid Works
Programming/Operating Waterjet, Turret Punch, CNC Pressbrakes
What’s Needed?
Previous CNC Machine Operating Background
2-4 years of related work experience
Job consists of split time between Machinist and Engineering
Strong computer knowledge needed to learn customized programs
No certifications or degree needed- Must have prior work experience in order to be considered for the position
