Responsibilities
Follow standardized procedures and prioritize safety in a continuous improvement environment.
Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
Prepare equipment for operation by performing necessary pre-startup activities on multiple machines.
Operate and monitor machinery during production to ensure product quality and minimize unplanned stoppages.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure continuous, high-quality production with minimal waste.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
Understanding of production procedures.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team.
Commitment to health and safety regulations (e.g., proper use of protective gear).
Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy equipment.
Ability to work independently and multitask.
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
